Dentons launches the French Desk in Italy with Lisa Alice Julien

Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, announces the launch of the French Desk in the Milan office with the recruitment of Lisa Alice Julien, Counsel in the Corporate M&A practice.

Lisa Alice Julien, a member of the Paris Bar since 2012, joins Dentons to lead the French Desk with the dual purpose of strengthening the presence of the firm on Italy/France cross-border M&A transactions, both inbound and outbound, and of further developing the collaboration between its Italian and French offices.

She has studied and worked in both France and Italy. Before joining Dentons, she worked more than 10 years at Castaldi Partners, where she had direct responsibility for French investment projects in Italy and vice versa.

Mrs. Julien assists international clients in connection with cross-border corporate M&A, restructuring and real estate transactions involving both France and Italy. She has gained significant experience with specific reference to the food and beverages, fashion and luxury, automotive, logistics and retail sectors.

“Since Dentons opened in Italy, our firm has been very active in M&A transactions involving leading French investors and listed companies,” commented Federico Sutti, Italy Managing Partner at Dentons. “With Lisa Alice Julien’s arrival, we wanted to set up a dedicated desk to strengthen synergies with our Paris office, which for many years has been supporting Dentons’ growth in Continental Europe.”
