Tobias Röttger, LL.M.Eur. is a German-qualified attorney-at-law practising in his own law office with many years of experience in national and international infrastructure projects and with a focus on renewable energy. His expertise includes several years of practice for a US law firm in Frankfurt (in the practice area renewable energy & climate change), regular Of Counsel appointments by leading law firms in the energy & infrastructure sectors and inhouse practice as legal counsel for a leading German utility in the renewable energy sector (including appointment as Legal Manager for a major German offshore wind project). Tobias Röttger is admitted to the Hamburg bar and active in all German courts. He is a co-author of a practitioner’s handbook on German energy law.
