DLA Piper hires real estate tax partner in London

DLA Piper today announces that real estate tax lawyer, Clive Jones, will be joining the firm as partner in its Tax practice, based in London.

Clive Jones will be joining the firm from Greenberg Traurig (GT), where he has been working as a partner since 2017. With more than 20 years’ experience, Clive focuses his practice on advising on tax and structuring in relation to UK and international transactions, funds and investment structures, primarily in the real estate and financial services sectors.

Before joining GT, Clive was senior tax partner at King & Wood Mallesons (KWM), where he joined in 2015. He started his career at Clifford Chance in 1993 and then joined Eversheds in 2007, where he was the head of the London tax practice, before joining KWM.
