Baker McKenzie Appoints Jennifer Fox Crisp as Global Director of Talent Management

Baker McKenzie today announced the appointment of Jennifer Fox Crisp as Global Director, Talent Management.

Jennifer will lead the Firm’s Talent Management professionals within our People function. She will be responsible for developing and delivering the Talent Management business partnering service across all regions, building a leadership team to work closely with our lawyers and business professionals to execute our People strategy at every level of the Firm and ensure our internal and external talent strategies align with the requirements of the business.

Jennifer joined Baker McKenzie in 2012 and was previously Director of Talent Management for North America, where she was responsible for the implementation of recruiting, professional development, performance management and human resources strategic initiatives for our people across 14 offices.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Jennifer served as the Chief Recruiting Officer at King & Spalding and has additional prior professional services consulting experience having spent six years in the Human Capital Advisory Services practice at Deloitte. Jennifer is also a qualified lawyer and a graduate of Duke University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Jennifer, who is based in New York, will report to Peter May, Baker McKenzie’s Chief People Officer, who commented: “We are delighted with Jennifer’s appointment and the wealth of experience she brings. Jennifer will be integral to aligning our strategy, driving innovation and improving the service we provide to both our clients and our people.”
